Er. Amol Deshpande

A successful administrator skilled in modern methods of project conceptualization and implementation, he co-founded DESHPANDE INFRA, a brand that prioritizes ethical business principles and practices. His core competencies include land acquisition, redevelopment, project feasibility, conceptual architecture planning, administration, and public relations. He holds an engineering degree and a postgraduate degree in construction management from NICMAR. Currently, he serves as the Director of CREDAI Kolhapur and has been recognized with the “Yuva Udyojak Puraskar” by the Builders Association of India, Kolhapur Chapter.

ER. Aditya Deshpande

Mr. Aditya brings extensive experience in public relations and site operations as the manager of two successful businesses Deshpande Infra and Rocktech Engineers. He specializes in streamlining project sanctioning and authorization processes, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision and efficiency. His commitment to delivering innovative solutions consistently exceeds expectations. An Engineer by profession, he has been recognized with the “Yuva Udyojak Puraskar” by the Builders Association of India, Kolhapur Chapter.

Mr. Nainesh Ahuja

Mr. Ahuja has a strong background in vendor management and purchasing, which enables him to maintain a keen eye for detail. He carefully manages budgets and costs related to purchasing and site requirements. With a passion for material selection and quality assurance, he takes a hands-on approach to overseeing site operations, ensuring that high standards are upheld throughout the process. He plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Deshpande Infra, guaranteeing that every project meets the highest standards of quality and value.

Ar. Samruddhi Deshpande

As a professional architect, When it comes to project planning, elevation design, and overall aesthetics, she plays a crucial role in decision-making. She also has a keen interest in social media, marketing, and post-sales operations and conducting feasibility assessments for projects. Recognized at the state level as a Debutant Entrepreneur at Femicon 2024 by CREDAI Maharashtra, she is passionate about remaining relevant in the digital space. Her commitment to team building and coordination is dedicated to driving the continued success of Deshpande Infra.
